About the event

Join Scott MacDonald for the Gravel Ride — an 80 km Ferry to Ferry route leaving from Atlas Outdoors Cycle & Recreation in Warman. Expect varied gravel surfaces, some pavement and a few summer roads that may be sand or mud depending on the weather. The group will ride at a steady pace, likely between 17-20km/hr, with regular regrouping so no one gets left behind. Planned stops will be approximately at the 20km mark, 40km (Hague Ferry), 50km and 70km (Clarkboro Ferry).

Come prepared with a gravel or mountain bike in good working order, spare tubes and a repair kit, pump/CO2, plenty of water and snacks, and a helmet (required). There is parking at the shop and a brief pre-ride check-in.

This is a supported ride in the sense of group riding etiquette and mutual assistance, but plan to be self-sufficient for snacks! If you have any questions about suitability…
